Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Valid Reasons for Return:

• Damaged or defective products due to manufacturing issues.

• Incorrect items received.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.

• Accidental or duplicate purchases.

• Incorrect shipping address (please verify your details at checkout).

• Minor outer packaging damage (unless the product is damaged).

Returns Process:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• To initiate a return, email us at support@stealthjetx.com for return instructions and address.

• Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

• You may cancel or modify your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this, changes are not possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if there is an issue with your item, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Refunds:

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
